All strong communities function by promoting regular positive interactions among their members.  Electronic lists or discussion groups are the best way to foster and maintain many-to-many communications.

    When you join VRCities the minimum requirements are that you complete the InfoChoice^SM form and that you be a member of at least one City electronic discussion group (list).  You are not required to post messages, but you will be receiving community-oriented messages from other citizens belonging to your subscribed discussion list.
