Chat rooms have been set up for each City and will also be implemented for each VRTown as it receives a charter.  Additional chat rooms will be organized as more people join VRCities.

    We are using a user-friendly chat script.  You can start chatting right away with others.  We will also be notifying city members of special chat events in their cities when they come up.
